A non-refundable deposit holds your spot. Remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. Payment instructions will be sent by our team after registration.
Palanquin Travels acts as an agent on behalf of passengers in arranging airlines, hotels, ground transportation, and related services in connection with the Umrah journey. Palanquin Travels assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss of luggage, accidents, or delays arising from defects in any service provider.
Deposit Policy: A deposit of $1,000 per person is required to confirm registration and is non-refundable. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Failure to submit final payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund of the deposit.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure will receive a refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are non-refundable unless the spot can be filled. Palanquin Travels reserves the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient enrollment and will provide a full refund in such cases.
Palanquin Travels will not be responsible for loss or additional expenses due to changes in schedule, weather, government restrictions, or other causes beyond our control. Force majeure events shall not entitle the traveler to a refund unless explicitly stated in your package agreement.
All travelers are responsible for ensuring their own travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination records) are valid and in order prior to departure. Palanquin Travels is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to invalid documentation. Transportation to and from New York airport is not included in this package.
